Can I eat your soaps?
Please don’t. They smell good enough to eat, but they taste terrible. Trust us, we’ve done the research so you don’t have to.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all corners of the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and even the parts of your house where WiFi barely reaches. No, international shipping is not currently available, we are hoping to offer that real soon including to places where people might say "G'day" or "Cheers, mate!"
What are the shipping costs?
Calculated at checkout so it's as predictable as a sitcom plot. For those who qualify, we also have a magical thing called FREE SHIPPING. It’s like finding an extra fry at the bottom of your takeout bag.
When will my order ship?
Allow us 1-3 business days to get your order out the door—faster than a teenager when you ask for help with chores. If you order on a weekend or a federal holiday, we'll get on it faster than you can say "Monday!"
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will travel through time and space and typically arrive within 3-10 business days, unless it’s dodging cow patty's or we’re on vacation.
Are your products All-Natural?
All our soaps start with Natural Base Oils and are SLS, Paraben, and Phthalate free but in order to get some of those musk and cologne type scents and cool colors we must use man-made fragrance oils and colorants. We do priorities natural and minimize synthetic everywhere possible. We even try to use naturally derived synthetics aka NFO's (Natural Fragrance Oils) when available.
Where can I find the ingredients list?
Right on our product pages. We’re as transparent as a freshly cleaned window.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and barter trades involving vintage comic books (kidding on the last one... or are we?).
What is your return policy?
You can return any unused product in its original condition within 30 days. Let's be honest...its an $8 dollar bar of soap...it will cost you more in shipping than it's worth. Reach out to us we'd be happy to give you a code for a deeply discounted bar once we understand the issue.
